Hey grasshoppas, if you missed out the last time Max Muscle was in the house sampling their products, you will have another opportunity to check them out tomorrow morning! A Max Muscle representative will be at the gym from 6am-12pm! Start your Monday off on the right foot with a hard workout, and hang around after to check them out! See you all tomorrow!
As some of you know coach Kyle Shepherd is out in California this weekend competing in a pro day tryout for the Grid league! It looks like it has been a challenging yet fun weekend, and we can’t wait to hear more updates on his progress! With that being said, Coach G is covering the morning class tomorrow! We will be flipping some tires, and doing some farmer carries!
