It’s baseball season and for the next few weekends I will working baseball tournaments around town which means I won’t be in on Saturday mornings for the next few months. However, y’all will be in for a treat! Tomorrow coach Kyle Shepherd will be coaching the 930am class and our own Jenna Presley will be leading the 1030 and 1130 classes. Jenna has 4 years of CrossFit coaching experience, is Level 1 and CrossFit Kids certified. One of my interns, Bre Baines will also be there assisting Jenna. Bre is also Level 1 certified! As usual, tomorrow will be a tough one! Bring your running shoes and your jump ropes! My games are over at Edora, so if you want to come harass me after your work out, feel free to do so!
