Thank You!
The house was packed for Earn Your Turkey 3.0! Thank you to everyone that braved the elements to come throw down this morning! I have expressed this sentiment on multiple occasions, but in the spirit of openly recognizing and giving thanks, I am extremely grateful for all of my athletes, friends, and family that contribute to, and continue to support my dream as a gym owner. I would not be able to do what I do without it! Thank you all, and have a safe and relaxing holiday!

Turkey Challenge Shout Out

Sunday’s Open Gym Nov 22, 2015
I was unable to make it to the day one events at the Turkey Challenge, but I am planning on attending on day two. Jared Morrow has graciously offered to sit in for open gym Sunday morning from 9am-11am. As always, please be respectful of his time, and thank him for giving up a part of his weekend to help me out…side note…he is very strong…
Day one of the turkey challenge was solid for all of our athletes participating. Be sure and check the heat schedule for day 2!

Saturday and the Turkey Challenge!
There will be ONE class tomorrow (Saturday) at 8am! We have 2 athletes competing as individuals and 2 athletes competing on teams at the Turkey Challenge tomorrow and Sunday at MBS CrossFit in Broomfield. Austin is on a team and they do their first workout at 9am and their second workout at 1pm
Jake is on a team and his team does their first workout at 9:36am and second workout at 1:36pm
Samantha has her first workout at 10am and her second at 2:36pm
Bre’s first workout is at 11:10am and second is at 3:28pm.
