Class Schedule




515AM, 6AM, 9AM, 12PM, 330pm, 415PM, and 515PM

*if no one is signed up for class 30 mins prior to the scheduled class time, that class is cancelled with the exception of the 515am class; if no one is signed up by 9pm the night prior, then that class is cancelled.

Please make your best effort to sign up for classes via the triib system, or text me at 9706912309 to let me know if you are planning on attending a class or are unable to sign up for a class. 


I offer one class on saturday morning at 9am. However, I don’t always encourage brand new members to make Saturday their first experience with CrossFit. We usually do partner workouts on Saturday, and the classes are usually bigger in size, and harder workouts. If you have CrossFit experience and have done classes like this, it will most likely not be a big deal, but if you have never done CrossFit before, it can potentially be overwhelming.
