Monday’s WOD:The Max Muscle Nutrition Challenge begins today! Weigh-ins will be at the gym between 1pm-7pm. If you cannot make it between those times, you may go to the store to weigh in anytime this week as well.
As for the workout, today is the day we do some lifting! As mentioned, our program is shifting towards more volume related to the CrossFit Open, but at the beginning of the year we always test our maxes. Today you have options on which maxes you want to test.
Although days like these are not the norm, and it may seem intimidating, it is one of the most fun as far as efforts and vibes.
Hoodie pre-orders will also continue through this week as well!

We are hosting the Max Muscle Nutrition Seminar in place of Open Gym at 11. The back area will be open for use during the seminar if anyone will be present for open gym.
