REMINDER:Saturday class times are at 9am and 10am
We are hosting the Max Muscle Nutrition Seminar in place of Open Gym at 11. The back area will be open for use during the seminar if anyone will be present for open gym.

Have you developed bad eating habits with your diet? Has the holiday season left you feeling in a rut with your nutrition? Is the idea of eating to support your activity level confusing to you? Do you wish to take your performance in the gym to a higher level? If so, come to the Max Muscle Nutrition Seminar Saturday morning at 11am! It will be hosted at the gym after the 9am and 10am classes in place of open gym. It should last no longer than an hour. Make sure and bring any questions you might have before we kick off our nutrition challenge on Monday!
