Monday’s WOD:
Last week was the beginning week of another round of Coach Ryan’s programming. As many of you experienced, it was meant to be a very hard week. This next week is intended to be a de-load week. You can expect lighter weights, some running, body weight movements, and shorter workouts. Next week, we will begin to establish baseline numbers in our power lifts and Olympic lifts in which the remainder of the program will focus on improving. Keep working hard and doing great things! -

Big congrats to our very own Seth Kelley who competed in the 2013 Wyoming Open this weekend. He competed in the open division and finished 27th out of 48 competitors. He PR’s his snatch by 10 pounds in one event, and had strong finishes in the other workouts. Way to go Seth!
