Monday’s WOD:
Last week was the beginning week of another round of Coach Ryan’s programming. As many of you experienced, it was meant to be a very hard week. This next week is intended to be a de-load week. You can expect lighter weights, some running, body weight movements, and shorter workouts. Next week, we will begin to establish baseline numbers in our power lifts and Olympic lifts in which the remainder of the program will focus on improving. Keep working hard and doing great things!
