Wednesday’s WOD:

He kept his departure under wraps pretty well, but we couldn’t let him go without a send off WOD! Chad is enrolled in Marine Corps Officer Candidate school, and is heading to Quantico, Virginia to endure a demanding 10 week training cycle to become a Marine Corps Officer. It is a pleasure being able to call Chad a friend and athlete of mine, and from my own personal experience, I know this is an endeavor he will thrive in. Good luck C-Bo!
