Wednesday’s WOD:

Often times whenever there is a small class, and someone will mention, “Wow, it’s quiet today, where is everyone?” I will shrug and say, “I don’t know…but it’s cool…the important people always show up…”
The 7am class has seasonally been one of those notoriously slow classes. With the exception of one consistent athlete.
This one is dedicated to Jacob McDaniel.
Jacob has been a loyal follower of mine over the past years and several location moves. More often than not he has found himself as the lone wolf of the 7am class.
He recently accepted a job opportunity that is relocating him to Nebraska at the end of this week.
Thank you, Jacob for your loyalty to my gym.
Good luck with your future endeavors, and know that you are always welcome whenever you are in town. I will make sure to have a rower waiting for you!
