Monday’s WOD:
With a going away WOD for Shep, there HAD to be a send off WOD for Molly Sniadach as well! I’ve had the privilege of being able to call Molly an athlete of mine for the past 3 years! It has been extremely rewarding as a coach to watch her improve as an athlete, and skills of her past, present, and future will be showcased in today’s workout!

Thursday’s WOD:Today we say “see you later” to not only another significant presence at Wild Horizons, but an influential athlete, coach, mentor, and friend within the CrossFit community in Fort Collins (and soon to be beyond). Kyle Shepherd is going out to California to pursue his vision of opening his own gym, as well as continue to fuel his own competitive drive as an athlete and coach. It has been a pleasure having him as a reliable resource in my gym, and more importantly a friend that I can confidently trust my gym and athletes to under his care. His contributions to making my gym what it is are significant, and to say it won’t be the same without him is an understatement. Here’s to you, Shep.
