In teams of 2 complete the following for max reps:
20 Min AMRAP
10 Deadlifts
10 HSPU
Pacer: 200m SprintLevel 1: 315/225
Level 2: 225/155
Level 3: 135/95* One partner runs a 200m while the other partner works on the AMRAP. When the 1st partner returns from the run, he/she picks up where the other left off, and the other goes for the 200m run. Continue this pattern for max reps/rounds in 20 minutes. Use 1 bar per pair.
