Friday’s WOD:
Hey guys, tomorrow will be one of the last opportunities we will have to work out with our very own Cory McEvoy. As some of you know, he is preparing to leave for 14 weeks of Army basic training in Georgia, followed by another stint in North Carolina where he will attend Army Special Forces qualification courses. He is an incredible friend, athlete, and role model, and there is no doubt that his success will be unlimited in his future endeavors. Come send him off the right way tomorrow with a mean and nasty WOD, courtesy of Ryan Garcia Also, take note of the condensed holiday weekend schedule. There will be a 415pm and 515pm class TOMORROW (Friday) and there is NO 615pm or open gym after. Saturday’s WOD’s are on as scheduled, and on Monday we are planning on only 2 morning classes. Since Murph is a longer workout the classes will be longer, the first class will be from 9am to 1030am and the next class will be 1030am to 12pm. ALL OTHER CLASSES ARE CANCELLED. Make sure and check mindbody to note these changes, and PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE SIGNING UP IN ADVANCE! If we see a large number of athletes signed up for Memorial Day classes, we may add another time slot, so please sign up before hand! Contact Coach G if you have any questions!
