Monday’s WOD:
Today’s workout is one we have been anticipating for the past few weeks! The ladies behind the “50 States In a Year” fundraising tour will be at the gym for all classes today raising funds for their monthly selected charity. This month’s charity is the Habitat For Humanity International, with fundraising efforts focused on providing emergency shelter for Nepali earthquake victims. They will have a computer set up for online donations, and can accept pay pal donations as well. They will be giving away prizes, and will have t-shirts available for purchase to help support their cause! Whether you can make a donation or not, come start this week off with a bang, and throw down with these ladies for a worthy cause! See you all tomorrow!
