Monday’s WOD:
It is a Christmas WOD! The classes will be at 6am and 7am, there will be NO classes this evening! For the workouts tomorrow there is no class size limit, so anyone is encouraged to come, and we HIGHLY encourage you to wear something festive, socks, hats, ugly sweaters, be creative and share some holiday cheer! 🙂
