6am, 7am, 9am, 12pm, 315pm and 415pm

There is no 515pm, 615pm, or Open Gym! Come to the Holiday Party at Taps Sports Bar at 6pm!

Jake Ritthaler put in some great work to make this video. I could not be more impressed with not only how the video turned out, but the content of video is equally as impressive and inspiring. You all make this place what it is, and I am extremely fortunate to have to opportunity to work with you on a daily basis!

Thursday’s WOD:

Remember the holiday party is this Friday at 6pm at Taps Sports Bar! The 515pm and 615pm classes will be cancelled. I am contemplating cancelling the 415pm class as well…some of the ladies said they will need time to do their hair ::cough cough Shayne Henry cough cough:: is there any interest in a 415 class? How about a special 315/330 class? Sound off in the comments and let a brotha know please!
