Friday’s WOD:
Big congrats to Maggie who accomplished her goal of 10 consecutive double unders this evening! AND she did it after smashing Open WOD 13.1! Way to go Maggie! For the rest of you, how are your goals coming along? We will be re-evaluating them on Monday so start thinking of how you can improve them, or new ones to set!

CrossFit Open 2013
Alright gang! As you all know the first WOD of the Open was released this evening! The details of it are linked below. There is still time to register and represent for our team! The deadline for WOD submissions and team affiliations is the 10th! Once again, we highly encourage you to sign up and experience all of the fun that comes along with this time of year! As far as hosting the open WODS, we will do everything we can to accommodate athletes during the week that want to do it during open gym times, but aside from that the workouts will be on Saturday at 1030am. The 0930 class will be for athletes that want to do the regular Saturday WOD and just do it for fun. The 1030 class will be more focused on athletes that signed up to compete, but we can still cater to athletes that want to do it for fun, and can even cater to our athletes competing as late as 1130 that day. So, sign up, register for our team, and come on Saturday at 1030 to throw down, help judge, and have a good time!
