Hey gang, we had a handful of athletes come to class this morning to do the Open WOD, yet there are still several of you that still have to do it for score. We want to give you all the opportunity to do the workout and post a score, or re-do the workout if you were not satisfied with your first attempt. We will be at the gym tomorrow (Sunday) from 1:30 until the deadline time (6pm) for those of you that need to complete the workout. Please send coach Ryan a message, or respond to this post if you plan on attending, if you are unable to make it between those times, or if you have made other arrangements to do the WOD elsewhere. Thursday’s WOD:

Hey guys, you will notice that the goal board has been erased! Feel free to write your new goals based on the conversation we had last week! If you missed it, ask coach Ryan and he will get you up to speed! Just to refresh your memory, make sure that when you write your goals they are specific, realistic yet challenging, expressed in the positive sense, and that you are considering where your current abilities are when you make them!
