Thursday’s WOD:

Hey guys, you will notice that the goal board has been erased! Feel free to write your new goals based on the conversation we had last week! If you missed it, ask coach Ryan and he will get you up to speed! Just to refresh your memory, make sure that when you write your goals they are specific, realistic yet challenging, expressed in the positive sense, and that you are considering where your current abilities are when you make them!
