Once you are in, click on the “Seminars” tab, and choose the class you wish to attend. Remember, there is an AM session and PM session. The dates are December 14th and 15th, and the AM session is 9-11am and the PM session is 12-2pm. REMEMBER, you must come to the SAME session both days, so plan accordingly. It is now first come, first serve, the classes are both capped at 24, meaning 48 people total will get spots. Send us a message if you have any questions!

Howdy gang, tomorrow we will be re-testing our benchmark WODs. It will also be the E-WOD and S-WOD component as well. If you cannot make it tomorrow, you can come any time during open gym and make it up!

Saturday:
Remember, there are NO CLASSES TOMORROW! This weekend is the annual Turkey Challenge Competition and we have 11 athletes representing either as individuals or on a team. The competitors will be heading out early, but a caravan of carpoolers are meeting at the box tomorrow at 7am. If you are interested in coming that early or catching a ride, make sure you are there! The information on the event is included in the link below. If you have any questions or need anything feel free to contact coach Ryan Garcia. It is recommended that you dress warm, bring something warm to drink, bring your own food or bring spending money for food, bring a chair to sit on, and anything else you might need throughout the day! We hope to see a lot of you out there, especially if you have never experienced a CrossFit competition!

Thursday’s WOD:
Hitting some pre-wod mobility TODAY because TOMORROW we are scheduled to re-test out benchmarks for the strength and conditioning portion of the Max Muscle challenge. It is supposed to snow tomorrow, so if the weather permits we will test Friday, if not, we may have to postpone until Monday. It will be a game time decision! As for tomorrow, hit some quality mobility, and enjoy a quick burner of a WOD!
