Friday’s WOD:
COSTUME WOD!
Keeping with tradition, the WOD on or before Halloween has always been a costume workout! Throughout the day, pictures of athletes who wear a costume will be posted on Facebook for people to vote on! The picture with the most votes (likes) will win a free 10 pass punch card!

Coach Jake will be filling in for the afternoon classes tomorrow, as always, please be respectful of him dedicating his time to help cover me!

Also, as a reminder, due to us hosting the Outlaw seminar, there are NO classes or open gym hours this Saturday or Sunday! Normal schedule will resume on Monday!
