Wednesday’s WOD:So, I messed up…
I only do birthday workouts on request, and Ashley requested one a while back. I put it in my calendar, but accidentally saved it on the wrong date!
I was bummed to learn that I messed up, and that I missed giving her a workout ON her birthday. So today, we get to make one up for her! Happy birthday, Ashley! -
