Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; 4-3-2-1; etc – for a total of 364 reps.
Friday’s WOD:
Alright grasshoppas, I mentioned an odd schedule for today, so listen up! The 6am and 7am classes are on as scheduled. If anyone wants to come between 8am-9am the gym will be open for open gym. The 9am class is on as scheduled but will be coached by Jake! Open gym is on as scheduled from 10am-1215pm…notice the time…1215pm…Jake will be back to coach what is normally the noon class…but he won’t be there until closer to 1215pm…This is a one time deal…next week it will be noon as usual. Coach G will be back for the afternoon classes! Big thanks to Jake for his time and energy! Please be respectful of both! Let me know if you have any questions!
