Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; 4-3-2-1; etc – for a total of 364 reps.

Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Box jump, 24 inch box
Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
Thursday’s WOD:
Coach Jake will be coaching the 315pm and 415pm classes today!
We have a few athletes competing in the Turkey Challenge at MBS CrossFit this weekend. Open gym on Sunday is still on as scheduled, but I am contemplating whether or not to have a class or two on Saturday, or to just cancel the morning classes all together. I will know for sure closer to the end of the week!
