Happy Valentine’s Day!
Tuesday’s WOD:

Big congrats to everyone who completed the nutrition challenge! There were a lot of athletes who lost pounds and inches. The end results were all very close due to this challenge being one to measure the loss of body fat percentage. Realistically 1 month isn’t a significant amount of time to see drastic changes in body fat %, but everyone worked very hard, and here are the winners!
For the Men, winning a free month of CrossFit, Kasimir Carranza won by a landslide losing a total of 5.8% body fat.
For the ladies, it was very close.
Β Mia Lesser lost the most at 2.8% However, since this is sadly Mia’s last week with us, she graciously gave up her free month to the runner up, Jarah Komrs-Grashorn who lost 2.3%
Congrats to the winners, and nice job to all of the athletes that participated! Remember, you don’t need a challenge to change your eating habits, or to experiment with healthier eating alternatives! Keep doing great things!
Sunday’s WOD: Rest Day!
Great job to everyone that came in this morning and fought through some difficult WODs! Today marked the end of our nutrition challenge, and the results will be announced on Monday! Also, keep an eye out for upcoming info on the highly anticipated CrossFit Open! Enjoy the rest of your weekend, rest up, and we will see you on Monday!

Saturday’s WOD:

-Tomorrow is also the last day of the nutrition challenge! Weigh-ins will be at the beginning of each class.
