7am Classes 

Hey grasshoppas, the 7am class will no longer be an open hour on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from June 6th (tomorrow) until July 15th. It will be reserved for a private training session. Tuesday and Thursday at 7am will still be fair game! I apologize for any inconvenience! Contact me if you have any questions!
