5 Rounds For Time
20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Squats

*Rest Exactly 3 Minutes Between Rounds

E-WOD:
Run:
6x600m Run. Rest 90 seconds in between attempts.

Bike:
5×5:00 ride. Rest 90 seconds in between.

Swim:
3x300m Swim. Rest 90 seconds in between attempts.
