E-WOD:
Run: 
10 x :30 Second Hill Sprint. Rest 2 Mins in between.

Bike:
10 x :30 Second Sprint. Rest 2 Mins in between. 

Swim:
10 x :30 Second max effort swim. Rest 2 Mins in between. Begin each swim with a dive if possible.
