Today will be different than usual Sundays. Coach Russell is organizing an obstacle course! If you want to participate, he will be at the gym at noon! If not, choose one of the events from the E-WOD, and have fun!

E-WOD:
Run: 7 Miles For Time

Bike: 5 Miles For Time

Swim: 700m For Time
