10 Min AMRAP
5 Bar Muscle Ups
10 Weighted Push Ups 45/25#
15 Plate Ground To OH 45/25#

E-WOD
Run:
3x800m Run With 2 Min Rest In Between – Keep Splits within 3-5 seconds.

Bike:
3×1 Mile Spin With 2 Min Rest In Between. Keep Splits within 5-7 Seconds.

Swim:
6x75m With 2 Min Rest In Between Efforts. Keep each split under 1:30
