This event is taking place at our gym on Veteran’s day, Saturday, November 11th.
This is a team event called “Battle Buddies”
Teams will be comprised in Men’s and Women’s divisions with 3 athletes on each team.
Each athlete will do 1 of the 3 workouts, and each workout is designed where you can customize your team to best fit their strengths!
The cost is $21 per team ($7 per person).
