It’s a Memorial Day Tradition!
Classes @9am and 1030am
The workout calls for a 20# Vest, so if you have one of your own, bring it. If not, I have a few that are first come, first served. However, this workout is plenty challenging without a Vest, so don’t worry too much about adding weight, especially if you have never done this one before.
There are plenty of scaling options and approaches to this workout, and we will address those tomorrow in the classes.
Murph is one of the workouts that has potential to take the longest, but one that we warm up for the least. Be ready to pretty much show and go!
