Tuesday’s WOD:This week we are doing something different! We are hitting the workout BEFORE the strength work! This provides a very different type of stimulus when trying to move heavy objects AFTER an intense workout…should be fun!
Today’s workout and strength are inspired by workouts 1 and 2 of the 2011 CrossFit Regional Games.
