Monday’s WOD:Kirsty’s Send Off WOD

I know she’s not one for being in the spotlight, and she likes to maintain a low profile (unless she’s driving…then she’s usually speeding and getting pulled over)…but Kirsty is another athlete that has been with me since the beginning when we were known as Become CrossFit. She joined in December of 2012, and while today is her last day at Wild Horizons, it also marks the first day in a new chapter for her as she moves west to seek opportunities for herself in California. Good luck Kirsty. Thank you for your support of me, and my gym over the past few years, and of course thank you from Diesel and Chance for your daily walks and belly rubs.

Monday’s WOD:
What a great day! We are kicking off the new year with a benchmark workout we have used numerous times before!
There are also some exciting happenings in the mix to take note of as well:

We will be hosting another Max Muscle nutrition challenge beginning next week!
Our programming is shifting to CrossFit Open prep with some added volume to the classes and weekend technique sessions!
