Thursday’s WOD:
Coach Jake will be coaching the 315pm and 415pm classes today!We have a few athletes competing in the Turkey Challenge at MBS CrossFit this weekend. Open gym on Sunday is still on as scheduled, but I am contemplating whether or not to have a class or two on Saturday, or to just cancel the morning classes all together. I will know for sure closer to the end of the week!
