Here is the heat sign up sheet for 19.2!
The first heat will start at 0820am and the last heat will start at 1020am.
Plan on showing up BEFORE your heat time so you can prep and warm up accordingly.
I will need judging help in the earlier heats, as well as people willing to help change weights for athletes as they progress through the workout.
You can find the workout description below. At a minimum, everyone will be working out for 8 minutes. Do not worry if you don’t have T2B, double unders, or strength for a certain weight. There are plenty of scaling options, and I will help you work through all of it!
