This is a hero workout, and it was made to honor an individual who gave the ultimate sacrifice while serving his country. I appreciate that, and respect that. However, today I am dedicating my effort no only to him, but also to @duduboi808 If you have been following the story, you will notice that for the last few months I have been working with him to help prepare him for his first Spartan Sprint race this weekend in Breckinridge. The sprint course is 5 miles at high elevation, filled with several obstacles and tests of strength, endurance, and potentially will power. He will complete this race on Sunday, so today I am happy to dedicate my 10 miles and 150 Burpee Pull Ups to him as a tribute for all of the trust and hard work he put into the training. Thank you, Chris. Give the people what they want!
