Alright grasshoppas, listen up….
 
First…tomorrow, Friday, I will be around in the morning at 6am, 9am, and 10am to help anyone who wants to knock out 18.3.
 
Coach Katie is covering my 12pm class, but she can help anyone that needs to get the workout in during that time as well.
 
I will be in at 315pm, 415pm, and 515pm, and can help anyone during those times.
 
I will be leaving after the 515pm class, and there will be NO CLASS at 615pm. Instead Coach Katie will be in again, and the 615pm-715pm time slot will essentially be open gym time for those who want to do 18.3, OR for those who want to come and practice the movements.
 
There is no open gym from 715pm-815pm.
 
I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate you all respecting Katie’s time.
 
PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE OR COMMENT IF YOU ARE THINKING YOU WANT TO COME DO 18.3 DURING THE OPEN GYM TIME BETWEEN 615pm-715pm (Mainly so I can give Katie a heads up!).
 
Saturday schedule will flow as usual with the first heat starting at 9am.
 
Here is the heat sign up sheet! I am running heats of 4 (For the sake of judges). The heats will roll every 24 mins (14 mins on, 10 mins off) and the last heat is slated for 1:00pm. Please sign up if you are registered for The Open. If you want to come and do it for fun and are not registered, you do not have to sign up.
 
Let me know if you need me to put you in a heat.
