The heat sign up sheet is up! If you are having problems, send me a message and I will put you in a heat.
I am going to run heats of 5 again (for the sake of having enough judges per heat) and each heat will be 12 mins long with a 12 min break, so every 24 mins a new heat will start.
The first heat is 9am.
If you are in the first heat, show up early enough to hit a good warm up and be ready to go at 9am!
If anyone is available to come early and help judge, the early heats are usually where I need the most help!
If you are not signed up for the open, and want to do the workout just for fun, feel free to show up anytime between 9am and 12pm and we will get you in a heat to throw it down!
