21 Alternating Burpee Box Jumps 24/20″

6/6/6/6 KB Thrusters 53/35#

200m Run                                            

In teams of 2, perform burpee box jumps alternating 1 for 1. 

For the KB Thrusters, one partner does 6 on one arm, then their partner does 6 on one arm, the first partner does 6 on their other arm, then the second partner does 6 on their other arm. Both partners complete the 200m run. They do not have to run together, but they may not start the next round of burpee box jumps until both partners are back.
