Tuesday’s WOD:Happy Birthday, Fred! 
Today we are hitting a format you will see more of in the next few months! 
We will hit strength portion with mixed in accessory work, then complete a workout that is based off of the strength portion. 
I have spoken to many of you about the changing cycles, and will have a more in depth write up on why we cycle the way we do, but now is the time we focus on getting strong! 
We will still hit hero workouts, benchmarks, birthday workouts, and of course plenty of skills and endurance work, but the emphasis from here until November will be centered around strength!
