Monday’s WOD:
MOVING DAY!
There are NO classes and NO open gym
hours today. Today I will get the green light to begin moving into the new space! I am not sure what time I will be allowed to do so, but I will post about it, and anyone willing to help with unloading the Uhaul will be greatly appreciated! I am expecting to be able to run classes as regularly scheduled on Tuesday! While I know our Lemay and prospect location was good, I am hoping you will enjoy the new location. You all deserve a great new upgraded facility, and I feel we have landed in a space with some amazing potential! If you have any questions feel free to contact me directly!
