All of the coaches are out of town so tomorrow y’all get:SASSQUATCH SUNDAY!
Adam Sass volunteered his time to be present in the morning from 10am-12pm for OPEN GYM! There is NO official strength class tomorrow. That block of time is entirely open gym. 
Sass has his level one and did some coaching at his previous gym. I trust him, and I appreciate him offering his time on the weekend, especially on Father’s Day! Thanks!
