Alright, here is the heat schedule for tomorrow! I did the best I could to accommodate schedules of those teams who requested later heat times due to conflicts in the early morning. This resulted in pushing the start time back an hour. SO, the first heat will go at 1030, there is a 20 minute time cap on the workout, and there will be a 10 minute transition period for the next heat to move in and warm up. There will be an athlete area where teams can do a pre-warm up before being called to the floor. The scale will be open for weigh-ins by 9am. YOUR TEAM MAY COME AND WEIGH IN AS EARLY AS YOU WANT. The entire team does not need to be present for weigh-ins, but that would be helpful. At a minimum I want teams to be weighed in at least 30 minutes prior to your heat time.
