Friday’s WOD:

A send off WOD for Betsy Metz.

It’s always hard to part ways with athletes of mine no matter how long they have been with me, and luckily it is a rare occurrence but when I lose an athlete who as been with me for a long time, that is very tough! Betsy has supported me and my gym for well over two years, and today is her last day. There are no “good byes” just “see you laters”. Thank you for all you have done to support me and my athletes, you will be missed!
