Memorial Day:There are NO classes today, just OPEN GYM from 9am-12pm. I will be there, and I am planning on doing a hero workout if anyone wants to join me. It is open gym, so you are welcome to do anything else you want to do. Normal class schedule will resume on Tuesday.
