Remember, there are NO classes this morning! The Kendrick Farris seminar will be going from 9am-2pm. Just another reminder that only enrolled participants are allowed on site during that time. Regular class schedule will resume on Sunday with coach Kyle Kyle Shepherd.

For athletes attending the seminar tomorrow, you may come as early as 8:30! Come prepared to lift, learn, and ask questions! See you tomorrow!
