Today is a special request birthday WOD for Michael Horner. It is the Hero WOD, “Clovis”. Some of you may have already heard about this one, or have even done it on your own time. Today is your opportunity to do it in a class. We will not only honor the hero Clovis, but we will use this workout to help celebrate Mike’s birthday, as well as show my appreciation as a gym owner for all he does for my gym, his family, his community, and his country. THE CLASS TIMES TOMORROW WILL STILL BE THE SAME, BUT PLAN ON ESSENTIALLY SHOWING AND GOING, ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAN ON RUNNING THE LONGER DISTANCES. THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF SCALING OPTIONS FOR THOSE THAT WISH TO RUN LONG, BUT STILL NOT THE RX DISTANCE, AND FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO WORKOUT, BUT NOT SPEND ALL MORNING AT THE GYM. I SAY AGAIN, WE WILL SCALE THIS WOD JUST LIKE ANY OTHER WOD! PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS ONE SCARE YOU AWAY!
