It is getting to be that time of year again where it gets a little chilly in the early morning and the late evening. With the change in temps, we can expect to see a rise in the amount of germies….that’s right…germies…nasty little buggers that make you sick…We cannot stress how important it is to take care of yourself. It may be time to start wearing layers to the gym, and ensuring that you have dry layers to put on when you leave the gym. It is also important to consider personal hygiene…wash your hands, cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing, and ALWAYS, make sure and do a thorough wipe down of your equipment post workout. (Or just bring coach G some bacon and he will wipe it down for you) In all seriousness though, take care of yourselves…especially if you do catch a bug and consider whether or not it will be wise to come and work out. The article below describes in detail some things to consider, but to summarize…check your throat, cover your mouth, wipe down yo shizz. Thanks!
