Thursday’s WOD:

Alas! We meet again! One of the greatest CrossFit benchmark WODs of all time. The equivalent of asking someone at a globo gym, “What’s your bench?” For CrossFitters it’s, “What’s your Fran time?” Today is the day! If haven’t experienced Fran yet, you are in for a treat. If you have experienced Fran before, you are still in for a treat, because chances are you remember how miserable she was last time! But do not let that stop you, get after it today, and get yourself a PR! There will be a 6 minute time cap on this one. Some of the fastest Fran times in the world are around 2 minutes. Make the decision before the WOD, whether or not you want to go RX and risk not finishing, or scale, go balls to the wall, and try and finish under the time cap.
